  2. Return Window: To start a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. As long as your request falls within this period, we’ll be happy to assist you. Unfortunately, returns requested beyond 30 days cannot be processed.

    • Any original components and packaging must be included.
    • The item must be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe handling.

Return Shipping Costs

  2. If you’re returning a product for other reasons (e.g., you’ve changed your mind), and the correct item was delivered in good condition, we ask that you cover the return shipping costs. This ensures your return is processed efficiently.
