Isuzu NPR, NRR & NQR Front-End Fitment Guide: Old Style vs 2023 Facelift vs 2025 New Generation

The short version: Isuzu's N-Series has worn three different front ends, and the year breaks are different per model. Every truck up to 2022 wears the old style. In 2023 the facelift arrived — NPR keeps that facelift right through 2027, and NRR and NQR wore the same facelift for 2023–2024 only. Then in 2025, NRR and NQR moved to an all-new generation — the NPR did not. We stock all three eras. Order by these rules and the OEM number on your old part, and you'll get the right piece the first time.

Which front end does your truck wear?

This staggered rollout is exactly why so many online listings get Isuzu fitment wrong — sellers blur one year across all three models. The break is per model: 2023–2024 is its own era, when NPR, NRR and NQR all shared the facelift — and from 2025 the NRR/NQR went their own way while NPR stayed put. When in doubt, the OEM number stamped on your old part is the final word.

Old style — NPR/NRR/NQR up to 2022

One parts family serves every facelift truck: a 2023 NPR, a 2026 NPR, and a 2024 NRR all take the same front-end parts.

About the FVR: the FVR is Isuzu's much larger F-Series truck — a completely different vehicle from the NPR/NRR/NQR, not part of this family. It appears in the lamp rows for one reason only: the FVR takes its headlights and turn signals from the N-Series. Nothing else on this page interchanges with an FVR — for any other FVR part, go by your OEM number.

The 2025 new generation — NRR/NQR 2025 and newer ONLY

In 2025 the NRR and NQR moved to Isuzu's all-new platform: a completely different front clip with all-new LED headlamp assemblies, grille, multi-piece bumper, and front panels. These parts do not fit any NPR — the 2025–2027 NPR still wears the 2023 facelift above.

• NPR: 2023 or newer → facelift parts (through 2027). 2022 or older → old style.
• NRR or NQR: 2025 or newer → new-generation parts. 2023–2024 → facelift parts (the same family as NPR 2023+). 2022 or older → old style.
• FVR: a different truck entirely — it borrows N-Series headlights and turn signals only. For everything else on an FVR, match your OEM number.

Only the headlights and turn signals — the FVR is a much bigger, completely different truck that borrows its lamps from the N-Series. No body panels, grilles, or bumpers on this page fit an FVR.
