If you run an Isuzu N-Series — an NPR, NPR-HD, NRR, or NQR — body damage is a question of when, not if. These cab-overs work hard in city traffic, and the front end takes the hits: grilles, headlights, corner panels, bumpers. The good news: nearly every front-end part is a direct bolt-on replacement you can have in days, not the weeks a dealer order takes.
This guide covers every body part we stock for the N-Series, the exact years each part fits, and the OEM part numbers to cross-reference — including the GMC and Chevrolet twins (W3500, W4500, W5500, Chevy 3500/4500 LCF) that share the same cab and parts.
Quick answer: for 2008-2022 trucks, start with the Complete Front-End Kit — grille, headlights, bumper and panels in one box. For 2023-2024 and 2025+ trucks, we build the same kits for the new front end.
Which Isuzu N-Series Do You Have? (Fitment Years)
| Generation | Years | Also fits (same cab) |
|---|---|---|
| 4th gen N-Series | 2008-2022 | GMC W3500/W4500/W5500, Chevy W-Series LCF |
| 5th gen (new front) | 2023-2024 | Chevy 3500 HG / 4500 |
| Current refresh | 2025+ | — |
The 2008-2022 generation shares one front-end design — a 2010 NPR and a 2021 NRR take the same grille, headlights, bumper, corner panels. That's why one kit covers 15 model years. The 2023 redesign changed the grille, headlights, bumper and panels: parts do NOT interchange between generations.
Front-End Kits (Best Value After a Collision)
When the front end takes a hit, buying parts one by one costs 20-30% more than a kit:
- 2008-2022 Complete Front-End Kit — grille, headlights, bumper, panels. Three configurations: Small Bundle, Without Corner Panels, Full Bundle.
- 2023-2024 Body Parts Kit — grille, bumper, headlights, turn signals for the new front.
- 2025 Kit — grille, bumper, panels for the current refresh.

My Truck Says GMC — Do These Fit?
Yes. GM sold rebadged N-Series trucks as the GMC and Chevrolet W-Series; the cab, front panels, grille mounts and lights are the same pressings. If your GMC W4500 needs a grille, the Isuzu part bolts on. Match by the OEM number on your old part and you can't go wrong.
